Texas does not now or in the future need to join the SEC. It simply will not happen. Even if the Big 12 folds in a dozen years or so, UT will have plenty of options to pursue and they won't have to go looking for them.

Is this before or after Beverly Kearney's lawyer finishes raping their athletic department?

We would have never left if that was the case.

May be true...but A&M will surpass UT with Texas kids (it's already happening). UT will have to do something sooner than later.

Count on it

You are joking right?? You need to say they will have plenty of options THEY DON'T LIKE. BIG difference in having options you like and options you don't like.

Don't have to go back but 2 years to see what "options" Texass had. They wanted to join out West but they said no thanks to LHN and unequal TV revenue sharing. How did that option work out for you clowns?

A few months later shorthorns, with no viable option if the Big 12 imploded, conceded to the rest of the conference and the TV deal/revenue sharing was re-worked to save the Big 12. Rest of the Big 12 can thank the Ags for forcing you jokers back to the table with hat in hand.

Yes, there will be options available to Texass. But NONE shorthorns like as much as ruling the land of misfit toys known as the Big 12.

When the highrise is on fire you can jump out the window or try to climb down building but both of those options will still suck nd so will Texass.

Yeah, I think the CUSA or Sunbelt might let them in.

But it will never happen. Not enough female trainers in the SEC to satisfy Major Applewhite.
