13. The Spurrier SECSy - poster that needs to retire, pack it up, and move along. -this would be the same as the 'worst poster' award


21. The Truman SECsy- New poster most "in over his head" (Must be registered after June 2012) -doesn't make sense. Just leave it at a "best new poster" award.
