Yup, and they would've pulled all kinds of strings trying to get out of that matchup had it happened.
Honestly the way it worked out was better. OU completely raped Texas so by raping OU it has been viewed as a win over both in a lot of ways. It's kind of highlighted by how Texas tried so hard to avoid us, they look like scared little bitches. Texas fans have for the most part accepted we have surpassed them and are slowly realizing they are in real trouble long term with A&M in the SEC.
