Thanks for mentioning the Armstrong Program. My son is leaving for boot camp in a couple of months and I told him about it. He is doing it and getting stronger!

I'm glad someone else is getting some use out of it. Good luck to your son.

On my behalf, tell him to finish each pullup slowly... don't drop down to save energy. I think that's how I strained my shoulder. Dropping down like that puts a lot of stress on the joint and rotator cuff muscles.
