Even that won't allow ND to win. Bama's passing offense is still far superior to ND's. ND's defense is not going to save them, even if they play lights out (which is highly doubtful) because ND's offense is not going to be able to score more than about 13 at most.

Notre Dame's starting DL and LB are bigger than I originally thought:

DE Moore 6-4 306lbs SR
DE Tuitt 6-6 303lbs SO
NT Nix 6-3 326lbs JR
LB Spond 6-2 248lbs JR
LB Shembo 6-2 250lbs JR
LB Te'o 6-2 255lbs SR
LB Fox 6-3 240lbs SR

Front 7 have a good amount of size and experience...imo. Built for stopping the run. DBs are a big smaller and less experienced except their safety Motta.
