I tried my best to get my dad to buy a couple tickets for Christmas. I think he regretted not buying them that evening.

I also went to 09 10 cotton bowls but missed elis cotton bowl

Yeah I went to the 2010 Cotton Bowl with a friend and his dad. It was pretty much a free trip for me. I was home in Georgia on Christmas break. The trip to Oxford was all I had to pay for that whole week. Stayed in a nice hotel, had awesome food, free beer, etc. Great experience in Dallas.
I wanted to get tickets to Eli's Cotton Bowl but tickets were just too much for me at the time. I was a Senior in HS without a job.
