By looking at the website we have raised the VHS expansion 48 mil but only have 13 of the 20 mil for the new area. Are we for sure building the arena first and that is what we are waiting on to break ground?

All the money is clumped together. The 13 out of 20 goal is just the CGA's and naming rights for the arena. I think they wanted to get to 100mil before they broke ground and many expect that to be around this summer
