our competition?

There really is no explanation how we can look good against good teams and really bad against mediocre teams.

Like Spurrier said in the 90's you can only get up for a few games a year.
So far this year, we had to get up for TAMU, UTooth, LSU, SCar, UGA. By my count, that's 5 teams we had to play over and above our heads for with fsu coming up.
I don't mind if we struggled with U of La as long as we win (which we did).
Don't expect a good showing against Jax St. U either.

These are games (ULL & Jax State) our team should be improving. We did not improve during the game yesterday.

Improving with what? A patchwork O-line? A team that came out as flat as a pancake?
We're not an elite team yet. We're gonna have games like this where we find a way to win.
Lots of kids were held out that game that could have played if this game was important.
9-1 sounds better than 6-4. Just win the game.

I agree BUT we should be a LOT better than a last second block punt touchdown win against ULL for goodness sake!

The players are no different than fans...how many fans were pumped up about ULL game? UF isnt the only team that has it happen to. Bama struggled some against Western Kentucky. UGA against UK etc etc.

If we are yawning about a game...so are the players. Hopefully Boom has got on their butts and has them ready on saturday.
