I've heard a lot of Aggies say that they have one of the loudest venues in college football. I've even heard a lot say that it's no doubt louder than Death Valley.

I was at the game Saturday. Now, I wasn't going to judge the loudness of Kyle Field based on an 11am kickoff game, but I saw a lot of Aggies posting on facebook and twitter that it was the loudest they can remember Kyle Field being in a long time.

Yes, the stadium was decently loud. However, it was more of a dull roar compared to the higher-pitched, head-rattling sound you'd experience in Death Valley.

Just wanted to see if any Aggies on here think this was one of their louder games and if they still believe Kyle Field is louder than Tiger Stadium.

Aggie fans, promise me that if you still think this is true, you'll come visit Baton Rouge next year.

I agree...it's not nearly as loud as the Aggies think it is. Besides the construction of the stadium, the other problem is all of the choreographed cheers. They are not loud at all. The dull noise when the visiting team gets under center isn't very loud either and not very distracting.
