Some combination of the following
- Running against stacked box
- How good is LSU OL run blocking? Hard to say
when they have played crap teams so far. Finally played an SEC team and had only an avg night(4ypc)
- LSU had six games last yr in which they rushed for under 4ypc so this isn't exactly something new for that offense.
- It's still a Les Miles offense, outside of the occasional off the wall play, it is very predictable.
Getting four ypc under the circumstances probably isn't really that bad and either way, it's only one game. Mett and the OL pass blocking would concern me much more if I were an LSU fan.

Les miles coached exactly like Sana coaches when he isn't sure what he has at qb...get a lead and sit on it, hope your defense wins the game and let a shitty team hang around
