The place that was going up on University was going to be an Asian restaurant but they stopped construction a while back due to lack of funds I believe. The place next to Innisfree is going to be Post Office Pies out of Birmingham.

The construction is still ongoing. Saw them working on it all last week. Either they're building it for available building for a restaurant or its going to be the initial Asian restaurant.
