Is that going on university or next to Inisfree? There's two sites that are being constructed right now thAt don't show the proposed plans. The one being constructed by 31 construction company has been working on that project for like a year now

The place that was going up on University was going to be an Asian restaurant but they stopped construction a while back due to lack of funds I believe. The place next to Innisfree is going to be Post Office Pies out of Birmingham.

Rode by this place today and they've definitely done some work on this place including a lot of painting. Has a stucco look so I'm guess it will no longer be an Asian place but maybe Mexican?
Just a heads up for those in town, I read that the University Blvd bridge at Kicker Rd that has been closed almost a year is set to open back up tomorrow.
