FSU always recruits well. They will continue to do so. They have some very good recruiters and there is too much talent in the state for two teams to not prosper. Plus, they play in the weak arse ACC. They can sell ACC championships and good bowls to their recruits. Also, they still send a good number of guys to the NFL. Not every kid is enamored with playing in the best conference. They just want NFL money no matter how it happens.
FSU doesn't need money. The state pays them.
Miami = toast
The S. FL kids will still go there but they won't be able to recruit the rest of the state or nationally like they used to. S. FL kids alone won't be enough for various reason which I won't go into here.
