yeah...I was just wondering if Auburn got two different transcripts or just the transcript with the 70 on it.

I think that's what happened. The craptastic writing in that story doesn't make it clear, but based on the 247Sports link I assume he enrolled with a transcript showing the C. AU got a second transcript that had the grade changed back to a D. The compliance department then called to see which was correct.
