Places to Stay
-Mariott right by the stadium
-Embassy Suites in midtown (free shuttle within 3 miles of the hotel which includes the area around Jess Neeely)
-Loews: Be prepared to drop some $$$ if you stay here

Places to Eat in midtown/downtown
-Fido for Breakfast. Skip the Pancake pantry. The line isn't worth it.
-Tavern for Breakfast/Brunch.
-12 South Taproom for Lunch. Great beer selection here. Surprisingly tasty bar food.
-McDougal's for lunch. Chicken fingers & fries place. Good for cheap eats.
-Rotier's for lunch - One of the best burgers in town. Go early. Parking sucks.
-Paradise Park for lunch and late night. Yes, I said it. They have really good sweet potato fries & a fantastic patty melt. Good corndogs too. This place is half bar/ half restaurant and is right smack in the middle of downtown.
-City House for dinner. Italian place, good pizza.
-Watermark for dinner. One of my favorites in town. This is an upscale place in the gulch.
-Park Cafe for Dinner. Sylvan Park area. This is a nicer place as well.
-Virago for lunch or dinner. This is a sushi place. The staff is a little uppity, but they have some interesting outsude-the-box rolls there, and the best dirty martini I've ever had. Located near Downtown.
-SouthStreet for lunch or dinner. This is more of a casual place. The food is just OK but it has a great outdoor space. Definitely don't go here if you don't want to eat outside.
-Jackson's for lunch or dinner. Same as above. Casual place with a great outdoor space, average food, although I will say it is better than South Street. It's a great place for afternoon cocktails on a nice day.
