This is probably the biggest deal about Tyrann's departure...a new guy is more likely to blow a coverage. There's a decent chance a freshman will be taking his spot. Hopefully he's a quick learner.

will they blow a few coverages...sure....but remember whoever is back there will have probably 2 future first round nfl picks in the backfield with them...not to mention the superior pass rush. It will be a nice mix. The truth is that in the base package, TM7 was at times a liability to taller wr's.....and this isn't taking away from TM7...just the truth. The young guys are all fast as lightening and much taller than TM7...and many sources say they can cover better out of the base. Now, obviously they won't bring the big play ability that TM7 brought in the special packages.
