Saban is the best talent evaluator in the country. He also has the best defensive mind in all of CFB. He recruits players that fit his scheme perfectly.
I can see how other coaches like Les Miles, Pete Carroll, and Lane Kiffin would be fun to play for because of their laid back personalities.... but thats what makes Saban such a good coach--he doesnt allow his players to become complacent and he demands 110% effort 24/7.
