Tilted kilt sucks all the way around foods horrible and the waitresses are ugly.Lloyds wasnt very good the last time I ate there.

Barbecue-Moes,love Bob sykes but its a good ways from bham.Mrs Myras is good too.

Upscale-Must try Bright Star food and atmosphere are great been there since 1912 cool place.Southern tradition .Bear Bryant and Shug Jordan used to eat there during Iron bowl week every year .
Hot & Hot,Cafe Dupont,chez fonfon cant go wrong with any of those

Lunch-Nikkys for good southern home cooking
Burger-Pops neighborhood grill great burgers and dogs ,gus's hot dogs

Pizza-check out davenports

Messican-superior cocina ,la paz ,cantina

Japanese-stix
Thai-Surin

You wont go wrong at any of the places listed.I know the city well and these are places I prefer.Have a good trip and if I can help in any way let me know.
