Next season we will have Wilds, Davis, and Salley who all already fit that particular mold. We're also bringing in Jamari Smith in this cycle's class, who's also a bigger back but with above solid speed for his size.
You forgot Shon Carson.
And yeah, Kendrick Salley is my darkhouse next star. I watched him play in High School and he was very very good. Committed to us his sophomore season actually - always wanted to be a Gamecock. And he's been a stud on the scout team in practices.
We seem to have genuinely progressed to the point of reloading rather than rebuilding. We're stout at all positions for the next few years at a minimum.

Reading a lot of positives about 2013 WR JaQuay Williams, a 4* prospect attending Fork Union Prep (was #14 WR per Rivals for 2012 class, and #12 WR per 24/7), who was committed to Auburn but has now de-committed due to the coaching staff changes. Williams (6-4, 200) reportedly contacted our coaching staff and expressed interest in coming to our program.
He's currently in Columbia on an official visit: reports are he was picked up at the airport by a limousine sent by USC, and has been given the red carpet treatment. Reports are that this will also be his final OV before deciding on who to commit to, and that the final word could come as soon as tomorrow. He would be a great addition to the team, and another lengthy, talented receiver to add for the roster....
