I've been. I felt safe, too.

But damn, man. Just hang out on the OT and it's impossible to not notice at least one thread per week talking about a rape/murder/molestation/etc that went down in BR.

I don't know about you, but if I was a retiree looking for a place to relocate, or if I was a young couple looking to uproot with a family, or if I was any sane person, I'd want to move to a town with a low crime rate. But I'd also want to move to an AREA with a low crime rate.

All things being equal.

and have you not noticed that 99% of the stuff they post about happens in north baton rouge? crime is extremely segregated in BR.
