Yeah that annoys me.

DC is always listed on the Princeton Review's best college towns list. I know there are several schools here, but DC isn't a college town. If Georgetown, AU, GWU, and Howard dropped off of the map, DC would still largely be DC.

Yeah, that's off. Besides, if you were going to include big cities like that, then I would easily have Boston > Washington DC.
