We all have it...Most of the time, our attitudes are, "thats OK, our coach will find a good replacement." However, I believe that good assistant coaches are responsible for 80% of the success of a program. If i built a salesforce and our numbers were through the roof, and I lost my top 2-3 employees, my organization would suffer greatly. Do you think that an accurate statement? Why or why not??

Yes I do. If you look at Fulmers career his success was directly related to if Cuttcliffe was the OC. Along with several other losses at the assistant level UT began to decline

Good valid point. As a head coach, I'm sure you need a lot of connections in this business to find the right people to bring in. Saban has those kind of connections no doubt, as well as most of the coaches who are well known.

It also helps to know people like Jimmy Sexton..
