Petrino is a helluva offensive mind, but Mizzou has a great track record with recievers. The position that DGB would be playing has produced an all-american every year since 2007. In '08 Mizzou had 2 all-american recievers.
Well technically you haven't had a "WR" named All-American since '09. However, I've never understood why Mizzou tags guys like Coffman, Rucker and Egnew TE's because they never put their hand in the dirt. Egnew is named All-American at "TE" last year but yet our TE DJ Williams won the Mackey.
On a side note, going back to what you were saying about QB's. After next season, the last 4 QB's Petrino has developed will have been drafted. LeFors and Brohm at Louisville and Mallett and Wilson at Arkansas. So he can definitely go toe to toe with Pinkel in that facet of the offense.
If I was Arkansas, the biggest thing I would be selling against Mizzou would be Franklin. Mizzou's pass attempts were down by a little over 100 last season and 200 from '09 as Franklin is a running threat unlike Gabbert or Daniels and is going to get a lot of carries. Arkansas threw the ball 100 times more the Missouri last year and will most likely do the same over the first two years of DGB's playing career assuming Franklin weren't to go pro next season.
Also, Pinkel is crazy if he is going to waste DGB's talent by putting him in the "TE" slot of Mizzou's offense. DGB needs to be on the outside where he can wreck havoc vertically on opposing corners. I imagine Arkansas is selling him hard on how we used Greg Childs prior to his knee injury. Childs was well on his way to being a first round draft pick before getting hurt and was killing SEC corners on the outside. DGB would fit in nicely in that spot as it is something we were lacking this year without Childs healthy.

I'm thinkin he would fit in the offense like Maclin or DA.
