I still don't understand how that Bama/Utah game happened. I cringe every time a mid-major brings it up because there is not a good comeback and saying "fluke game" is just weak.

Motivation had a lot to do with it, but I think Bama fans put too much blame on that. I think the importance of Andre Smith to that team really showed when he was suspended for it. We had to shuffle a few guys on the o-line and had injuries in the game and our line was absolutely dominated.
It's still no excuse. Utah smelled blood and they stuck it to us.
