Seems to me the same number or more are jumping ship at bama right now...McElwain, Smart (interviewing today), Sunseri (likely at Pitt). Everybody finding shelter before they get hit with a "show cause", or is saban really leaving?

McElwain left for a substantial raise and to move from an assistant to a head coach. If Kirby or Sal leave, it will be the same thing. Can't say the same for the guys leaving the Plains taking pay-cuts and going to lower-tier school for the same position...
