What happens if two teams tie for the #2 spot in the final BCS Rankings?

Considering that the ranking goes to 4 decimal places, it would be REALLY hard to have a tie.

there is a list of tie-breakers, including head to head winner and performance against common opponents. if i'm not mistaken, none of the tie-breakers apply. and yes, if tied, the final decision is made by drawing straws/coin flip.
