The hit was brutal/illegal and deserved a flag. If he taunted/celebrated after the hit (I have not seen that evidence) then he should have also drawn a DB USC and (possibly) been ejected. Just does not make sense to me. Guess that is why I am not an SEC official.

I don't have the particulars of his ejection; just stating the rule. If a player commits a flagrant PF he can be ejected. If he commits TWO USC's in one game he is automatically ejected.
