You know your team better than I do, obviously. But can you explain how your team is about the same as last year offensively? That doesn't seem accurate to me. GMac, Ingram, JJones, etc, etc. Those are big losses. The offense has looked pretty pedestrian to me from the 1.5 games I've been able to watch.
Offense really wasn't that great last year. Lacy and Richardson combined are performing about as well as Ingram and Richardson did. Gmac hurts cause of experience, but McCarron has made some throws that GMac never could have. JJones is a big one loss, but we've had SEVERAL younger guys step up to take his place catching the ball. Deandre White, Kenny Bell, etc. And our TE's are playing much better on the receiving end.
Overall performance seems about the same as last year. Coming into the season I was expecting improved Oline, and probably concerns at receiver and quarterback. But now it's more like some minor issues at quarterback, Receivers look great as far as a Bama O, just haven't seen the improvement on the Oline I expected.

I am relatively new to this website so answer me a question
Does one fanbase or the other ever en masse just say "Ok frick it you have convinced me that we ain't got a chance"?

I've seen some, like Bobby Petrino, say that 'Bama's offensive line is Better than last year. What makes you think otherwise?
