re: 2012 US News and World Report Top Public Universities-SEC edition

Without getting political, I think it's pretty remarkable that the state of Alabama, poor as it is, has 2 top 40 public universities. And the state's people have accomplished this without the aid of lotteries or gambling interests, like every state that surrounds us.
