The main teams to benefit from our vacated/forfeited wins were Arkansas, Ole Miss and Vandy. They each had an extra win given to them and Bama had to take 3 wins away.

Not true. That's the difference between vacated and forfeited. Bama's wins were vacated, so they still show as losses for the other teams.

I know the difference. The OP asked about our vacates (21 wins in 2005-07) and our forfeits (9 wins in 1993).

Tis true. In 1993 our wins were forfeited, which means Bama's wins turned to losses and the teams that originally lost to us, got a free win.

Proof, here is Alabama's 1990-94 records. Notice 1993, all our wins were forfeited. It shows a loss for Tulane, Vandy, Arkansas, La Tech, South Carolina, Ole Miss, Southern Miss, Miss State, and tied Tennessee even though Alabama won those games on the field. But the NCAA took our wins away and gave them to the losers.

Here is Arkansas's 1990-94 records. The score for the Alabama game is Arkansas 3, Alabama 43. But Arkansas has a big "W" for that game even though they lost on the field.
