Maybe but when the best QB you produced with all of the potential in the world (height/strength etc) falls below the guy who went to TCU that's just embarrassing for an offensive coach.

NFL GM's stupidity is embarrassing for Petrino?

Mallett has an average of 29.6 yards per touchdown pass, the highest in SEC history, and he broke SEC career records for total offense per game (284.2) and total offense per play (8.07) averages.

Petrino has nothing to be ashamed about.

Meh. Petrino's done alright lining up QB's for the next 5-6 years, this is irrelevant. You can hate him but he always has solid college QB's. We don't know how good Mallett will be because he hasnt played a down yet. Are you forgetting that?
