quick little trip to franklin county websites... the winston's titled 3 houses in 2000, 2 on june 6 and 1 propery on july 27, like 10 days before that date on the bank papers... total appraised value of that property....... 2000 dollars

Who did he buy it from? That was a payment. I have yet to see any piece of property sell for $2000

You probably dont realize it but you just opened a whole new avenue for investigation because property was sold way under value.
