Rebuilding a depleted baseball team should not take more than 3 years

Normally I would agree, but in an effort to smooth things over with Polk, Cohen was forced to keep some guys on the team that he wouldnt have kept because they were "Polk's boys"- thus making the rebuild take longer.

He gets 4 years to get us back to Hoover and in an a regional- no questions asked. This i understood by everyone making the decision on his job status.

And he will- we have some good young talent. Cohen only has 2 recruiting classes on the field. We only have 6 Polk players left out of guys that should be Jr's and Sr's. Thats how bad he left the program.

You are so full of shite dude it's pathetic. So he couldn't get rid of "polks boys" huh? I guarantee you if he didn't want a kid there then he wouldn't be there. Cohen is an a-hole, the players hate him already, he could have run the kids off if he didn't want them.

Just accept him for what he's been, an average to below average coach since he was hired. Don't make up these fricking pathetic excuses as to why state hasn't done well (polks boys,REALLY?)How about how he manages a game maybe? I know of a few state would have won had he done what just about any other coach would have done in managing the game.

And don't count on these young studs you think you have coming up. They may improve state but the sec is brutal and every team recruits top notch talent
