Have they said this? What makes your so certain about this belief of yours other than your own "expert" analysis? Mallett is not making it out of the first round, and Carolina knows that.

Or maybe it's the exact opposite. Maybe, just maybe, my opinion on Mallett is just more informed than your's. I've watched every single game of his 26 game career, I've seen him make pass after pass that a lot of NFL QB's can't make. I've seen him lead game winning drives and make clutch throws, and probably to your surprise, he was a great leader, captain, and never failed a drug test.

On the other hand, MAYBE, just MAYBE, you are the one stuck in your own delusion. You bought on to the McShay/Kiper bullshite, and now you're going to hang on to it all the way until draft day in the hopes that you/they turn out to be right.

Arky fans make you mad b/c we currently have a better football product than whoever your team is, and we won't hesitate to let you know that. We got better players, better coaches, and have and will see more success on the field. Just get over it. Mallett might be the #1 pick, and there's nothing you, Kiper, or McShay can say that will sway the GM of the Carolina Panthers into taking Mallett off his list.
