I agree.. Its the same concept as the false start penalty with the clock running. The QB isn't even close to LOS but I'm just gonna move slightly to get us another snap. frick up.. the clock stops and gives us time to get our guys ready to tie it up.. Spike or no spike.. it should be a run off.
When is the offense ever allowed to snap the ball with more than 11 on the field? Ever? In any other situation?
