I'd say Haywood is off the Dinardo Tree. He was special teams and running backs coach for Dinardo and then Saban. Our special teams were crap. It seemed as if every time DD broke a big return there was always a block in the back or holding penalty. I think he only lasted one year with Saban and was replaced by Dooley. Immediately the penalties dropped and Greene was one of the most successful returners in college football.
