Get a mini-suite in the Hampton Inn about a block off of Beale Street. Plenty of room in the mini-suite, and cheaper/better than any regular room in the Peabody (and 2-3 blocks closer to Beale St). The Hampton Inn is still new and clean, with decent free breakfast in the lobby.
