That's my understanding as well
Now if it was a coach attempting to find money for a player I think that would be a pretty severe penalty... but I bet kids ask if they could get something extra more than 10 times a year

taking it is. follow the money is what you do but the NCAA is so slow they will be cold trailing like a fricked up beagle.
