Only thing that made me feel better was knowing that it was quick and not drawn out. Prayers sent, though, dude.

Time to add to the bummer of an IM thread, though I'm a newb so no one will read this.
Just found out that a friend back home finally lost her fight with leukemia. Can't afford to go home for the funeral, and my parents can't afford to bring me there either.
Will not be sleeping tonight.

Yeah, the guy she was engaged to has been having a rough time as of late, and this certainly isn't helping.
