We've always been a team that is average/bad one year, and great the next
How can you equate 4 times in the last 54 years as "always".

Those were years we went from 4th-5th in the west to 1st... Sure we had 2-3 year periods of sustained success, but generally we're sporadic on the spectrum... So "almost" always, is that better
