Ok, so then what are your qualifications of "control"? As soon as a player gets in trouble (be it 6 months before the season, summer, whatever), has that coach lost control?

Alabama's was 3 years ago, Coach Saban's first year and only one person put Bama on top of the Fulmer Cup, and he was gone from the program as soon as it happened.
