Watched the past few days and always notice SEC guys together stretching each other and hanging in a group..
Just saw Trevard Lindley (UK), Lewis Kendrick (Miss), Chris Hawkins (LSU), Chad Jones (LSU), Reshad Jones (GA) together.
I love the SEC!

I love Alabama. I like Arkansas and State. Besides that I cannot say I love or like any other school.

Around Joe Haden's time. Disappointing for both.

I believe I read that Reshad had 20something (24?) for the second highest bench among safeties. SEC!

Would he have started over Hamilton?

Possibly, he came into his own at the end of the 08 season (other than fricking Tech) and showed more life this past season.
Jones would have started over Jakar, but Hamilton would certainly see the field frequently.
I imagine it would be Jones and Rambo/Hamilton

Yes, he definitely would have. Hamilton would've still played a good bit but not started. Honestly though, I think this year's starters of Hamilton/Rambo will be better than Jones/Evans. At THIS point in time, Jones is better than Hamilton simply, bc we don't know what JH is capable of yet, but Rambo is light years better than Evans. And Hamilton was the overall #2 JUCO in the country last year behind newton, so dude is good.

He also had the worst coverage skills of any defensive back that I have ever, ever seen.
He consistently lost his place on the field and was the main cause of the downfall of UGA's secondary.
Why they kept him in so long is beyond me and I will never understand why. I really can't imagine what Willie saw in him as Stevie Wonder could tell Evans was just an awful, awful safety.

Speed or size were never his problem, it was coverage and recognition. He has the fasted recorded 40 time in UGA history. The problem was as a CB he would just get burned too much, and even though his speed kept him in some matchups and was in good position, he could never make a play on the ball. As a S, speed was an asset for him, but again he didn't have the read/recognition a S needs to play teh ball. Also wasn't that good of a tackler. All these things combined make for a pretty subpar defensive starter. And unfortunately for UGA, CWM had an unwavering standard to start upperclassmen, so he still played when Rambo should've been getting his snaps. Another prime example is Prince Miller over Branden Smith. But that train is gone now thank goodness, and we will once again field a solid defense. I can't wait.

Hmmmmmmm......
4.57 + 4.57 = 9.14

Hmmmm....no joke dumbass. He FAILED on his last attempt to get the weight up so his miserable effort did equal 9 plus a bit = 9.14. Maybe he'll play Weak Safety....

Did anyone do worse in the entire combine?
