I still think Spencer handled this poorly and showed some immaturity. But Saban is working from a place of fear (fear of losing recruits) and nothing good can ever come from that. You end up causing the very thing you fear, just like what happened in this circumstance. You just have to keep plugging away selling the positives and minimizing the negatives that other staffs are trying to push on them.
