He will baby sit the program thru the probation years until they are ready to compete again at which time USC will hire a real coach.

Kiffin is a fool to go to USC. There are some Raider fans out there that are REALLY looking forward to him coming back to Cali. They have a little something for him, from what I hear..

meh, Raiders fans should throw more stuff at their owner than that turd... got more problems than Kiffin to worry about
