I think the intent to make those secondary violations is in question, not that all schools have them.

Raise your hand if you think Lane broke ANY rules on purpose to date.

I'm not try to flame I just happen to believe he had some purposeful oopses.

This.

Every team has a few secondary violations. Kiffin is the only coach who made the calculation that deliberately committing a few extra secondary violations to amp up UTe's recruiting is a good thing. Since there is no punishment for them, he just might be right. Kiffin is either smart, reckless or unethical -- I think he's all three, but mostly just reckless.
