Clarification on ideal teams next week from committee (Miami and ND can flip)

In an interview with Fowler a committee member just clarified that the rules have changed from last year. Ideal teams can switch spots for the final rankings based off of the committees decision and the totality of the season. This was a follow up questions to the Miami and ND head to head question. Thought that was interesting.

This made it sound like they can change whatever they want next week. “Different than last year”
