If Bama and Duke win, how do you see the final 12?

Assume Ohio St, Bama and Tech win
The new rule states the 5 highest ranked conference champs are in so a 5 loss Duke would be behind Tulane UNT winner and James Madison
Who will get bounced? Would Bama host a game?
Amazing that two G5 teams would be in with 0 P4 wins yet Miami, Vandy, possibly ND, and Texas are out. This IMO is gonna escalate the P4 breaking off.
