I wrote it out as if I were emoting my thoughts. I do not think it is grammatically/syntax correct, but the comma "pause" was made for added effect when read in my head

I have edited to ellipses to create the same effect

If you were going for grammatically correct, you failed again. You used a colon, but there is no list behind the colon. You should have just used a period.
