Someone should run a "Saban to LSU" poll

You don't want Saban. He retired for a reason. The truth is he was getting soft in his later years.

I'd have been fine with him staying as long as he wanted, he earned it. But his best seasons were gone.

And he knew it. I think he went out the right way. So many others have rode the denial decline.

Edit: Although even a not so prime Saban is probably a better option than many of the others, so there is that.
