Eric Zeier apparently being replaced on Dawgs radio broadcasts

Just read that the media guide was made available to members of the media before SEC Media Days. Scott Howard will now be joined by former UGA OL Josh Brock. DJ Shockley will still be sideline reporter.
Anyone heard anything about this? Was this expected?

Boy! That's crazy news. Boy! I don't know how I feel about this.
On another note, if we can get Scott to spit out the result of the play in less than 12 seconds, that would also be wonderful.
...And we'll hand it to Dijuan Edwards. He'll make the first guy miss...continues to drive those big legs before being dragged down by a host of Golden Eagles...Edwards, the 5-11 senior from Norman Park, Georgia...Played high school ball for the mighty Colquitt County Packers....One of the Golden Eagles may be shaken up on the play...Can't see a number...The referee spots the ball at the 39, maybe closer to the 40...Gain of 4 on the play....That'll bring up a second and 6 for the Dawgs.

Eric was great. I hope it's not cancer or something. Otherwise why would you quit that job? Spend more time with family? He works 12 days a year.
